My lessons are of very high quality. In all my resources I follow the I, We and You. In the ‘I’ phase, I front the knowledge. In the ‘We’ phase I allow pupils to digest the information and do collaborative work followed by check for understanding of all pupils. At the end I dedicate some independent time for pupils to practice their learning in silence and on their own.
