Double sided resource with fun activities, technique, challenge tasks and peer assessement. I do a quick fun warm up like ‘peaches and pairs’ or ‘rats and rabbits’ to draw out some basic knowledge on running and get warm, then this lesson pretty much runs itself with great teamwork and communication skills needed/developed. Leaders also emerge. The students ALWAYS love this one. Then you can finish at the end with some kind of semi-compeititve sprint race etc if you chose to.
