A fully resourced powerpoint with ideas of how to model biological concepts using sweets. These ideas can be used for KS3, GCSE and A-Level Students.

There are 7 examples of modelling. Each comes with a clear picture of how to carry out the activity, and some come with associated worksheets / instructions / demo mats in order to help students access the activity.

There is also a handy ‘shopping list’ included for you to be able to know what to buy for each practical activity.

These have worked wonders in my classroom and hopefully they bring to life some rather abstract concepts for students!
