As part of summative assessment for each Module taught, I have developed grids which scaffold vocabulary learning into the When-What-Where-Who With-Why categories. The vocabulary used in these grids relies mainly on the lists accessible in the Active Hub textbook, but I have added many words along the way which are helpful for students when it comes to productive skills.
This grid could be used at the end of teaching Module 3 just before students are asked to produce a piece of writing or speaking.
