KS3 / KS4 - Fitness Circuit
A fully editible, 11 station fitness circuit with the theme of ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’.
Included: Fitness Cards, Instruction Sheets, Recording Sheets.
Each circuit card has an individual activity on them with a diagram of how to perform. Very minimal equipment required.
Each card has three levels, 1 star, 2 star, 3 star. Each ‘campmate’ (student) aims to collect as many stars as possible for their ‘camp’ (group) as possible.
Guidance:
Carousel based circuit.
Each station works for up to 1 minute with students trying to achieve as many stars as possible for their ‘camp’.
30 seconds of rest between stations - during this time, students to answer ‘dingo dollar question’ - based on PE and Health and Fitness (these can be changed to suit your curriculum).
Can be edited to include as many numbers as required within each group, and standards of each activity can be adapted.
