Here’s a game based on the popular UK TV quiz show, ‘Family Fortunes’. I created and used this resource as a filler lesson in my ESL lessons, but it can be adapted and used as a filler lesson for any subject and across most age groups.
If you’re not familiar with how the game works, it is a team quiz whereby each questions has multiple answers. Players take it in turns to guess one of the answers and, if they guess correctly, they win points for their team. For full instructions on how to play, please see the powerpoint.
Included in the powerpoint are: instructions on how to play; 21 questions; an interactive score sheet.
