This is the third resource that I've bought on the Anthology and, after teaching these texts since their inception with Edexcel, I think it's probably the most comprehensive, practical and carefully put together series of lessons that I've come across. I like to look at new resources from time to time to shake up my teaching and consider different ways of doing, so this was useful for that. I like the consistent patterns of the lessons, which many students need, and the revision that comes with using two Anthology texts in comparison for a practice on question 5, although I'm always looking for good unseen comparisons, too. I also like how there are practice questions to be applied to each text, to allow students to show retrieval, inference and critical thinking on the Anthology texts themselves. So, I'm very happy with the resource, but equally pleased that, should I need to edit it, I can do that through the links in the 'Product Information' PDF booklet. I'd suggest that finding the further documents might be a little tricky, as the Google Slides/ Docs links aren't as apparent as they could be for users. Should you choose to buy this, it's worth checking the product information booklet as it has access to all the pdf resources as editables. I also think perhaps some further stretch materials could be added, for the much more able students, although as mentioned, I think this is a very good resource, nonetheless. Thank you for this.
Dont buy this. Although they make it sound like a comprehensive package, its very meagre. I bought it on the strength of the five star review; that must have been written by the same company! Feeling ripped off looking at the 12 PDFs I've been sent.
Very comprehensive and detailed. I do not have to do any preparation. There are tasks, essay guide and also detailed annotations. Thanks a lot. :)
