A new range of PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the Cambridge International A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 2.2 Motivation. The slides commence with an analysis of what is meant by the concept of motivation and the importance of meeting human needs within the workplace. It then proceeds to examine the motivational theories of McClelland, Mayo, Taylor, Herzberg, Vroom and Maslow before concluding with an analysis of the main financial and non-financial methods of motivation used by a business. The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
