This is an intermediate-upper intermediate (CEFR B1-2) powerpoint lesson on disagreeing and complaining in emails. Students will discuss disagreeing in their own language and how it differs from expressing disagreement in western cultures. Students will also learn some phrases for disagreeing and complaining informally and formally before learning to structure a disagreement using the PRO structure. There are productive activities students can do and the template is editable, allowing you to recycle the lesson with new examples and exercises.
