Brain Science and Emotional regulation planning using the upstairs and downstairs brain model by Dan Siegel. Including the idea of ‘flipping your lid’ aimed at KS1 and KS2 children to support with emotional resilience, problem solving, emotional awareness and recognising their emotions. This is a set of 5 lessons which will compliment PSHE schemes of work and Zones of regulation learning.
