This lesson explores Hindu beliefs about samsara (the cycle of rebirth), karma, moksha, and the four ashramas (stages of life). Pupils learn how these ideas shape Hindu attitudes to life and death, and why progressing through the stages is seen as preparing the soul for liberation. Activities include guided reading, comprehension questions, comparisons with other worldviews, gap-fill tasks, and extended writing explaining the purpose of the ashramas.
