
These are self assessment sheets that the students fill in after each assessment - they detail similar questions accessible from the textbook for them to retry in order to close gaps. The idea is that errors are correctly modeled by the teacher and then they go away and re-try a similar question.
The feedback sheet comes with space to suggest next steps, including setting a literacy objective (Vocabulary that stopped me accessing this question) and a place to pick up on spelling errors.
These sheets can then be used for students to track their strengths and weaknesses and clearly show what they are doing to close gaps in their knowledge.
