A full scheme of work teaching the content and comprehension of ‘A Monster Calls’ by Patrick Ness.
The scheme includes a 218 slide PowerPoint presentation with detailed lessons on every chapter of the text, along with all resources, worksheets and homework sheets. There is also both a reading and writing assessment and lessons working towards these.
The scheme focuses on understanding and enjoying the content of the text, analysing key language using PEE paragraphs and writing in response to key parts of the text.

This is a good resource, however, like that other reviewers I am missing some worksheets from the scheme.

Hi, I am very sorry about this. I have now uploaded the missing attachments to the scheme and amended the PowerPoint where necessary. You should now be able to download the latest version with everything included. Thank you for your custom :)
