FESTIVE Missing Numbers 10-19 Numberline Baubles
Missing number worksheet 10-19 BAUBLES
Early Years (EYFS) / Key Stage 1 (KS1)
This worksheet is ideal for an independent, starter, morning or extension activity. The children can practice recognising their 2-digit numbers to 19 by reading the numberlines and writing in the missing numbers. It also makes an easy homework activity. For a longer activity, cut the numberlines horizontally, so the children can pick one at a time to complete and stick in their books, or add to the working wall.
Prints as PDF A4 but can be easily enlarged to A3 for a teacher to model or complete as a class and add to the working wall.

Ladybird doubling activity sheet
Double the dots on the ladybird
Early Years (EYFS) / Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Learn doubling with ladybirds! This is ideal as a starter, extension, independent activity or homework! The children count the dots on one side of the ladybird and draw the same number on the other side. Count up all the dots to find the total and write the answer to the “double” above each ladybird.
Prints as an A4 PDF, can be enlarged to A3 for a teacher example.

Number pairs/bonds from 1 to 5 dinosaur sharing
Sort up to 5 dinosaurs between 2 buckets - number bonds / pairs to 5
Early Years (EYFS) / Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Ideal for a “Harry and his bucketful of dinosaurs” topic or theme but great for any time of year. This activity / worksheet can be used as a pack or individual lessons as children learn their number pairs to 5. Children can draw the dinosaurs in each bucket and write the numbers underneath - to differentiate, challenge children to write it as a number sentence.
To support the learning in a small group scenario, the teacher can have 2 buckets and the specified number of dinosaurs, showing all the ways the dinosaurs can go into the buckets and recording each time.
This worksheet activity can be completed in a guided group activity or independently. It includes instructions and an example, so it could also be sent as homework in one pack.
This prints as an A4 PDF but could also be increased to A3 size for the teacher to model and include on the working wall.

Make your own numberline to 20
An easy independent, whole class or homework activity! Not only does this activity provide a useful, re-usable resource for children to practice their numbers to 20, it is also an easy opportunity to improve fine-motor skills through cutting!
This is an ideal extension activity for children who have finished their work, or a holding activity when working with groups - ideal for children to do independently or in their own workgroups, as they can help each other! Better yet, add it to a “challenge tray” for children to access in their own time.
Alternatively, send it home with homework and ask for a photo of the numberline. It can then be a useful resource for use at home. Once the numberline has been made, hide a couple of the numbers and ask the children to identify which ones are missing, reorder it and ask them to fix it or set a timer and see how quickly they can build the numberline from scratch! The latter is an easy game to revisit, can they do it quicker each time?
This resource downloads as an A4 PDF for your printing, but it could easily be expanded to A3 or shrunk to A5 for flexibility.
