If you need a word wall and bulletin board display for teaching World War II but don’t have much time to give, then this decor kit is just for you! It contains meaningful vocabulary cards that learners can refer to, a themed title page ‘World War II,’ with matching printable borders, backing pages to display student’s work and printable speech bubbles to write on. It also includes A5 photographs, along with several A4 propaganda posters displayed during that time period. The bundle has been created with upper KS2 in mind (9-11 year olds).

Students can use the vocabulary cards to secure their knowledge and understanding of key history vocabulary, such as primary and secondary source, military , home guard, evacuation, morse code, rationing and much more! You could even print off the cards at different sizes and turn them into table top flashcards for 1:1 use or table centers. The printable time line with dates from 1939-1945, will provide an opportunity to create a bespoke timeline to suit the needs of your learners and record the most significant events.
