Hi, I am relly sorry - is there a way for you to send your email address to me and I can email it to you? I will update the resources tomorrow evening, is there a function to redownload them? (genuinely not sure how that works I'm afraid!). I will also add it on as a 'free' resource incase there's no way to do either of the above so that you can download it. I'm really sorry, it should have been there.
