Hey everyone! I’m a primary teacher from Aberdeen City Council, and I’m so excited to share something I’ve developed and used successfully in my school.

Glow and Grow: Pupil Target Setting & Profiling System (P1–P7) & Primary Meta-Skills Progression (SDS Aligned) & World of Work Connections BUNDLE!

I created this whole-school system because I believe every child should feel proud of their progress and have a clear, manageable way to set and achieve personal goals. Glow and Grow helps pupils from P1 to P7 take real ownership of their learning by reflecting on strengths, setting targets, and celebrating their successes — all connected to SDS MetaSkills and Curriculum for Excellence Benchmarks.

What’s included:

Pupil-friendly targets for every stage (P1–P7)
** Termly target templates for P4–P7

• Whole-class visual target walls for P1–P3 — no worksheets, just engagement
• A “Glow Jar” celebration system that motivates and recognizes effort
• Staff guidance and clear progression steps
• Links to career education, profiling, and smooth transitions
