This is a whole school assembly framework for primary schools on St David’s Day, suitable across both KS1 and KS2. More assembly frameworks are available on .

It explores the customs of St David’s Day and the significance of St David himself. It includes a short - telling the story of David healing the eyesight of his tutor, Paulinus.

It also includes an about the identity of St David and a in which primary school children suggest what ‘a saint’ is.
