An introductory lesson on the unit of development taught to Y7. It includes:
- Matching development indicators to their definition.
- Describing graphs focusing on Pattern, Highest & Lowest (PHLAM(Anomaly & Manipulate too advanced for Y7).
- Use of Hans Rosling’s Dollar Street Website to complete information on 4 different families. Ideally choose people of varying wealths from around the world.
- Concluding questions.
