Aim: Plan for progression by understanding programme of study and the facilities and support available and by being able to recognise and build on personal strengths.

LO1: Understand own study or training programme [1.1, 1.2 and 1.3]
LO2: Know the facilities and support available in the place of study or training [2.1 and 2.2]
LO3: Recognise personal strengths (skills, qualities and attitudes) [3.1, 3.2 and 3.3]
LO4: Agree an action plan for self improvement [4.1 and 4.2].
