This is the 14-15 lesson looking at the Chapter on ‘What was the First World War like?’. This lesson focuses on understanding what life was like for soldiers living in the trenches and how these conditions affected the soldiers.
The lesson includes a video, an information hunt activity and an extended writing/letter activity which involves peer marking.
