This SOW uses the story or Beowulf to explore technical design and how to create mood and atmosphere on stage.
Lessons are split between a practical task exploring the story and characters, and a design task to explore different technical elements of Drama.

Included in the bundle are all the lesson PowerPoints, key word homework tasks using the freyer model, costume design templates and a script to use in lesson 5.
In lesson 2 there is a blank space for you to use sound that works for you, due to copyright I am unable to include the sounds I use but I recommend: trashing the camp from Tarzan and the Staircase shootout from The Untouchables.
