In certain math and physics topics, I encountered a lack of sufficient exercises for students to thoroughly master the material. This document contains enough exercises that can be used in a variety of ways:
• Worksheet: Some students can complete multiple columns.
• Written test: A column can be used as a ten-minute quiz in mathematics.
• Homework: The columns can also be used as homework.
• Review: A quick review of previous material with a single column, whether from the last class or the previous school year.

**What the material contains** The material contains a set of 7 resources on integers for 7th grade mathematics at a discounted price. With this sheet, that problem won’t occur anymore. Additionally, I had to enlarge the document in some cases. In this document, you’ll find a sufficient number of problems that can be used in several ways: * **Worksheet.** Some students can handle more columns, usually three columns per hour, but more capable ones can do six or even nine columns. Sometimes a column can also be used for review if you feel that the students have not yet fully mastered integer arithmetic. * **Written work.** One column can be used as a 10-minute test in mathematics. * **Homework.** The columns can also be used for homework. * **Review.** A quick review of the previous lesson or material from the past school year using one column.
