A game where students match up cards to make a complete phrases to support their descriptive writing skills.
This activity is taken from the action phrase section of the DADWAVERS unit in my shop.
The pack includes to sets of cards (Set A and Set B).
Each set includes 10 phrases that have been split in two.
Useful resource if you are looking for an interactive game to help students identify and familiarise themselves with action phrases.
Extension: Students could make their own set of action cards.
