A huge 36 slide presentation with Computing classroom welcome slides for spring term 2.

One welcome slide for every day, can be used across multiple classes or pick and choose the ones you want to use, depending on when you see your classes.

Each slide contains:

• A starter activity
• The date
• Keywords
• A short revision activity
• A challenge/SPAG activity or Agree/Disagree point.

Please note, I have created these welcome slides to the theme of “data representation” so all starter activities and keywords are tailored to meet the data representation aspect of the GCSE Spec. However, these starter activities are great for introducing the topic or as simple refresher or recap activities if you are on a different topic currently. Or, you could simply change the date to match when you are teaching data representation.

All slides are fully editable so feel free to change the keywords if more appropriate. These welcome slides are designed to allow students to independently revise binary/denary etc. while settling into the classroom. These can be used for different abilities.

For two of the activities, I have included a worksheet to go with it for pupils to note their answers down.
