Year 9 practical experiment that will give the student a taste of what an NEA1 GCSE practical Investigation looks like.
Experiment Objective:
To investigate how different types of sugar (caster sugar, brown sugar, and coconut sugar) affect the appearance, taste, and texture of biscuits.
The bundle includes: power point presentation, a comprehensive self-assessment investigation print out as well as a scaffolding tool - a word bank of descriptive words for each self assessment section.
