Primary PSHE - Year 6 - Money in the Past, Present and Future

This 3-week scheme of work is taken from the EC Publishing Primary PSHE scheme.

Our progressive curriculum builds sequentially year-on-year, culminating in this Year 6 unit that deepens students’ understanding of money’s evolution, its role in society, and the impact of economic decisions. Students will explore key concepts such as the history of money, inflation, spending, saving, and investing, and reflect on how money continues to evolve in response to current issues like the cost of living crisis.
