Francophone research task.
Students explore a map marked with several pins showing french speaking countries - using they can explore the destination before choosing a country to focus on.
Students then select a ‘segment’ eg green, green = Geography category, they must then research their chosen destination to find out the necessary information eg. name at least 2 geographical features of this country. “collect”/research all segments.
Designed to be used in school currently, with mixed ages/abilities and some non linguists therefore resource is in English.
Resource could be adapted to be more competitive - setting a time limit or working in teams.
