KS2 SATS revision game for reading. Mainly used for Year 6, but it can be easily adapted for any other year group. The texts are attached too.
Instructions:
- Split the class into two teams
- Give the teams a copy of the texts.
- The teams answer the questions on whiteboards.
- If they get the question correct, they can choose whether to keep the points or give them to the other team. They do not know how many points there will be. It could be positive or negative.
- Reveal the amount of points and watch the chaos commence!!!
