Our Day Out by Willy Russell lesson. Explores key characters and how they are similar and different. We look at the importance of stage directions, how much the play is an allegory and why Briggs and Mrs Kay are different to each other. Includes a scaffold for writing a comparative analytical paragraph and peer assessment activities.
