The OCR AAQ H137 Cyber Security Descriptor tracker MS Excel workbook covers all coursework units, the individual unit orientated worksheet allows simple management of student progress against performance outcomes (P/M/D), I have been using this style of tracker for many years for similar courses and therefore created a workbook for OCR’s new AAQ for Cyber Security.

The Cyber Security AAQ offer the following optional units:

• F195 – Preventing Cyber-Attacks
• F196 – Digital forensic Investigation
• F197 – Penetration Testing and Incident Response
• F198 – Implementing Secure Local Area Networks
• F199 – Securing Global Computing Systems

In addition to the unit orientated worksheets, I have included a few additional worksheets which have been helpful for submitting grades to the exams officer and for quick retrieval when you require a snapshot of a students progress, at both unit and course level.

The additional sheets are:

• Student exam list (Covers all external assessment, and unit areas for possible resit’s)
• Grade Submission (Track the overall course performance per student)
• Parent contact details.

Each unit worksheet displays all the Pass, Merit and Distinction descriptors and are ordered via their assigned task.

Each descriptor also contains the assessment guidance for that descriptor, and this is in the form of an inserted comment for the respective descriptor. Quick access to assessment guidance for descriptors is essential for identifying descriptor criteria.
