A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 2 hour lesson which introduces the Israel / Palestine conflict. Students will investigate the origins, create a timeline, study the claims from both perspectives and finally complete a mini-assessment / extended literacy task. All marksheets and feedback criteria are included.
This lesson is editable, so easy to adapt for your own planning and is best suited to KS3. Please note this is a non-political lesson and was created prior to Oct 7th. It is about the history of the conflict and features arguments from both sides.
The lesson is well-differentiated with three-level challenges for each task, contains a variety of activities, an hour long PowerPoint, timeline and assessment packs, detailed worksheets, clips with differentiated questions, clear measurable LOs, new key-term introductions and other activities.
It is fully editable, engaging and very easy to follow.

Really good for the context and the background of the conflict, non-partisan and lots to get through. It's editable so I also added a bit more about the last few weeks too. Overall, a worthwhile purchase which saved me a lot of time.
Couple of typos on the timeline worksheet. Not much actual teaching content here, information is to be selected from clips. Overall a good resource to purchase if you don't want to spend hours planning a one off lesson.
