Helping Others Through Actions – Full PSHE Lesson | KS3 / KS4 | RSHE Compliant
This fully resourced and editable 1-hour+ PSHE lesson explores the value of helping others through positive actions, both within school and in the wider community. Students will examine the emotional, social, and psychological benefits of helping others, and learn how small actions can lead to meaningful change.
Aligned with the statutory RSHE guidance, this lesson is ideal for Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 and can be delivered as part of a wellbeing programme, enrichment day, or tutor session.

• Explain the impact that helping others can have on individuals and communities
