A collection of fun and multisensory worksheets designed to teach necessary skills to learn to read and spell. Students are taught that one syllable words ending in /l/, which have a short vowel and no letter before the last sound take double “ll“. Student review the short vowels and learn of their importance when spelling these words. Visual imagery, visualisation, verbalisation and blending are all incorporated to teach these words.
