Aimed at year 8 the PCB is made in school (circuit wizard file in zipped file). We use and MDF frame and glue the front and back into place. Unlike the kitronik version, my version has a switch and an LED within the circuit.
This project in a box includes a class booklet, homework booklet, printable guide showing students how to populate the circuit and a weekly presentation that you can use to help students through the various steps.
Images are used to show students exactly what they need to do. My students love the freedom of following the guide themselves.
