Refreshed and updated PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the Cambridge International A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 3.2 Market Research. The presentation starts with an examination of the purpose of market research and the identification of the main features of a market and characteristics of consumers.  It then looks at primary and secondary forms of research and assesses their relative strengths and weaknesses before examining the concept of sampling with a look at random, stratified and quota sampling techniques.  It concludes with an assessment of the reliability of data, an examination of quantitative and qualitative research and finally the different formats that information might be presented in e.g. pie charts, histograms and bar charts.  The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice essay (both with solutions).
