On this worksheet there is a template that can be copied and modified to suit your departments needs.
Enter the students names on the column titled, student name, and write their class code/group next to their name so you can filter particular classes or students. After they have done each event, you can you type in their results and as long as they are all typed in the same, the coding will automatically rank the students for you. You can use the filter system to reorder the students names based on their ranking. You can also change the event as long as you keep track events and field events in their own sections, they should rank the students according to time and distance.
You can copy the work sheet and create new tabs at the bottom and have a different sheet for genders and year groups all in one place. You can also input your schools record at the top to montior if anyone is challenging/beating it.
