Managing Anger & Emotions – Full PSHE Lesson | KS3 / KS4 | Emotional Regulation & RSHE Aligned
This fully resourced and editable 1-hour+ PSHE lesson supports students in recognising and managing feelings of anger. Pupils will explore personal triggers, emotional responses, and practical techniques to regulate their emotions in healthy, constructive ways.
