This a classic twist on the tale of Aladdin featuring all ABBA songs as the suggested songs with the show. We had all the characters dress up in sequins, sparkles and flares. It was very well received by parents. Attached is a script, cast list, suggested outfits, and suggested props. We had a cast of 18 speaking parts but the Fortune Teller Narrator could be broken down into further parts. We then had around 20 other children as the ensemble parts.
The song lyrics have been adapted to suit Abba e.g.
‘Gimme Gimme Gimme a lamp after midnight’
‘My My, In Agrabah Jafar he did surrender’
