When adding a file to a pupil’s profile or a plan, you can restrict access to to only selected members of staff. To upload a file confidentially, click on the button labelledÌýUpload a confidential file.
You will be asked to choose which file to upload. Select your chosen file from the file selector popup and it will appear within theÌýFilesÌý²õ±ð³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô.
To choose who will be able to see the file, click on theÌýperson iconÌýnext to the uploaded file.
In the resulting pop up, click on theÌýAdd moreÌýbutton to begin searching for staff members who will be given access to the file. Users with the School Admin role will automatically be granted access, but you can add additional staff members by clicking on theÌýShareÌýbutton next to their name. To remove access to the file, click on theÌýRemoveÌýbutton for a user underneath theÌýShared withÌý³ó±ð²¹»å¾±²Ô²µ.
If a user doesn’t have theÌýpermission to view confidential documents or hasn’t been given access to the confidential provision, they will be unable to see the confidential fileÌýin the list of uploaded files.
