How to change the calculated date range for overdue reviews
This guide will explain how to change the calculated date range for overdue reviews.
On the Provision Map homepage, you’ll see several boxes that display information such asÌýoverdue reviewsÌýand the average outcomes of plans and provisions.
To change when the overdue reviews and average outcomes are calculated from, mouse over theÌýAdminÌýtab at the top of the page and selectÌýSchool settingsÌýfrom the drop down menu.
Next, either scroll to theÌýSchool detailsÌýsection or selectÌýSchool detailsÌýfrom the navigation menu on the left hand side.
Locate the setting labelledÌýCalculate reviews due and average outcomes from which due date. Click on the field to select how far back you would like to calculate averages and overdue reviews from.
The field will flash green, indicating that your changes were saved. The home page will now display reviews and averages from the selected date range,Ìýignoring data that was created before the chosen date.
