I spent two days on this lesson which got me a maternity cover job at an outstanding school! 83 slides of perfection. The lesson starts with teaching the kids about the weather. The starter is a tiny revision of frequency words. Then the rest of the lesson is a building up process, a progression between weather and sports with opinions, frequency and reasons: Quand il fait beau, je joue au football apres l'ecole etc.... This is a fast pace lesson which OFSTED loves. Slides have questions followed by answers, multiple choice and fading answers etc.... You will not be disappointed!

In this resource, there is a starter about all the different groups of verbs in the simple future tense. It is followed by a writing and speaking with a listening: Students write a sentence about a picture in the simple future and ask their partner to guess what they said. Finally there is a reading with 11 questions. First students are asked to underline all the different tenses as well as the simple future and the conditional tenses. Then students can answer the questions. Students need to write a paragraph including "si" clauses and the simple future.
For the plenary students are asked to say a sentence with "si" clauses.
