What’s it for?
This Winter word search includes Winter related vocabulary with images of most nouns included (page 1) and how many words are hidden (x23). The answers (page 2) clearly show where all words are hidden with coloured lines, including their direction with arrows.

Who’s it for?
This word search has been designed for pupils the early years, in years one and two, as well as students needing additional learning support.

Resource layout
The word search letters are arranged in a square (x10 by x10) grid, featuring easy to read size 25 ‘Sassoon Infant Std’ font.

The Winter words have been organised into four groups of six (one group of five), clearly showing all hidden words below the word search. There are x23 words to find in total.

Recommendations
