
This resource is aimed at post 16 students studying A level Biology or the new AAQ BTECs Applied Science and Medical Science. It provides instructions, diagrams, worksheets, answers for discussion and teacher notes for different stations in a circus of hands on and interactive activities designed to engage and focus students. The aim is for pupils to work at their own pace through the guided activities and learn about kidney gross and fine structure, the function of the nephron, osmoregulation and the role of ADH whilst addressing any misconceptions
