I designed this lesson for a younger cohort timetabled with a short English slot. This lesson quickly looks at Paper 2, Question 6 and encourages to not only compare and contrast but to also develop answers for better marks. The lesson is designed with SOLO learning outcomes and is scaffolded from simple tasks to more developed tasks. I have used the theme of the moon landing, which could be expanded to include current space exploration happening today with the likes of Space X. This resource comes with a powerpoint and workbooklet / worksheets. You can develop or amend to suit your own cohorts and timetable.
