Mindful Learning Workbook for Young People (Ages 9–12)
A low-level intervention workbook aligned with KS2 RSE objectives, designed to support mental wellbeing and self-awareness through engaging, brain-based psychoeducation.

This 151-page workbook includes 40 mindful learning topics and 40 follow-up worksheets to help young people understand the brain, thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and how to manage stress and anxiety.
