This resource is ideal for GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition students. The topic of focus is Food Provenance, how it affects the planet, our health & food choices. As a food teacher it can be hard when a student has not brought their ingredients in for a practical lesson, as you want them to still learn and be productive.
