Third lesson in a series of engaging lessons looking at the positive role that a persons faith can play in their life and in the world. The unit of work covers faith and; life, history, football, wrestling, the media and miracles.
This lesson asks students to consider what is similar and different between faith and football. Students then think about players from the England Nation team and their beliefs about God. Students spend time learning how Sadio Mane has used his wealth to be a benefit to others in his home village, all because of his faith and there is an opportunity for students to complete research on an organisation called Faith + Football.
