A simple, editable 2 page template for your EYFS end of year school reports. Can also easily be adapted for mid year school reports. Would work well for Nursery and Reception.
2 page document includes:
-Important information such as school logo, name, year group, teacher, date,
-Space to add a photo of the child playing and learning in school,
-Comment box for characteristics of effective learning,
-General comments box,
-Next steps box (can be used for short targets for Literacy and Maths for next academic year or can be edited to be something different),
-A, B, C grading based on child’s attitude and engagement with each area of learning,
-small comment boxes for each of the 7 areas of learning + an additional box for RE (which can be removed or edited to be something else),
-space to sign the report.
