This lesson explores the differing feminist perspectives on society.
The lesson starts with a definition of key terms including patriarchy and equality feminism, moving on to an exploration of the strengths and weaknesses of feminist views on society. Students then compare the similarities and differences of feminist views on society, leading to planning a 25-mark response (‘Feminism should concern itself with the public rather than the personal realm’) and writing a perfect paragraph as a plenary.
